Bulgaria is a beautiful sunny country with a warm climate, an understandable language and close culture and European ways of life. For many, Bulgaria is a favorite vacation destination, as the sun, the sea, fairly low prices for housing and food are obvious advantages for those who are going to come to rest, and even more so to move. When moving to Bulgaria, one should take into account such a factor as a low standard of living by European standards, as well as the fact that Bulgaria is not included in the Schengen agreement and therefore a residence permit and even citizenship of this country will not open the way to visa-free travel in Europe. It will be free to visit only Cyprus, Romania and Croatia.

Full investment package:

The applicant must invest 511,292 € - that's 1,000,000 BGN - in Bulgarian government bonds for a period of five years. After five, the money will be returned without accrued interest to the applicant. Investments are guaranteed by government bonds.

Bank financing:

The applicant can use a loan secured by the bonds he buys.

If an investor invests in Bulgarian bonds twice as much money as necessary, then he will qualify for an accelerated acquisition of Bulgarian Citizenship:

Conditions for the investor under the accelerated program:

- permanent residence in Bulgaria terms of obtaining 12 months;

- double investment in government bonds or business;

- the second part of the investment must be in circulation for at least two years
