SGF Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)

LTO CBI applications will benefit from a reduction in the minimum fee payable by applicants and a reduction in application approval times from 90 days to 60 days.
This is a limited-time "LTO" program for a period of six months.

This Limited Time "LTO" program for a period of six months from July 1, 2023 minimum SGF contribution:

  1. for the main applicant, a contribution of 150,000 USD
  2. for the main applicant and spouse (a) a contribution of 175,000 USD
  3. for the main applicant, spouse and two dependents, a contribution of 195,000 USD
  4. for each next dependent under the age of 18, a contribution of 10,000 USD
  5. for each subsequent dependent over the age of 18, a contribution of 25,000 USD

Investment in Real Estate RE Real Estate

  1. from 200,000 USD with the possibility of reselling the property in seven years
  2. from 400,000 USD with the possibility of reselling the property in five years

Real estate projects, other than private houses, must be confirmed by the government of the country and must be included in official registers. Taxes and fees on the transaction are paid separately.
