Citizenship of Slovenia

Checking and analysis of the questionnaire and CV (1 - 3 days).

List of required documents:

  • questionnaire (of the applicant);
  • civil passport (copies of the first, second pages and pages with registration);
  • foreign passport (first page);
  • birth certificate (of the applicant);
  • marriage certificate (of the applicant);
  • birth/death certificate of parents;
  • parents' marriage certificate;
  • any documents on grandparents (if available);
  • CV (applicant for 10 years);
  • color photo 3.5/4.5 (as for a visa);
  • a power of attorney in Russian/English for the company's lawyer.

Getting started with paperwork:

  • the first payment in the amount of 25,000 euros of the total cost.

Dossier submission:

  1. Documents of applicants for citizenship are accepted in the special administrative units of Slovenia.
    By proxy, our attorney will arrange the submission and registration of the Citizenship dossier.
    After submitting the document for Citizenship of the Republic of Slovenia to the state body of Ljubljana, the second payment is made: in the amount of 30,000 euros of the total cost.
  2. Digitization of documents and entering into an electronic database.
  3. Terms: call for oath 10/12 months.
  4. Assignment of Slovenian citizenship - up to 2 weeks.
  5. In order to obtain a Potrdilo o državljanstvu citizenship certificate and to process Slovenian internal documents, you need to personally arrive at the administrative unit of the Republic of Slovenia.
  6. The lawyers of our company will help you to issue an ID-card and an international passport of an EU citizen.

Processing time: from 10/12 months


Cost of support for obtaining Slovenian Citizenship:

  • 70,000 euros per applicant;
  • 140,000 euros for spouse and applicant;
  • 175,000 euros for the applicant’s spouse and one child;
  • 205,000 euros for the applicant’s spouse and two children;
