    Conditions for obtaining permanent residence in Malta.

    Make a gratuitous government contribution and buy or rent real estate in the amount of:

    A contribution of 28,000 euros in case of purchase of a property valued at least 350,000 euros or 300,000 euros in the south of Malta and Gozo, for the main applicant;

    A fee of EUR 58,000 in the case of property rentals between EUR 10,000 and EUR 12,000 per year depending on the area for the main applicant;

    Pay an administrative fee of 40,000 euros per application;

    Make a contribution to a local accredited charity of at least EUR 2,000 for the main applicant;

    Provide confirmation of the availability of capital in the amount of at least EUR 500,000, of which at least EUR 150,000 is in financial instruments;

    Take out a health insurance policy with a coverage of at least 30,000 euros.

    It is necessary to fulfill these conditions of the program for at least five years after receiving a certificate and a permanent resident card. Each candidate dependent on the main applicant must pay a fee of 7,500 euros, as well as children over 18 years old in the amount of 5,000 euros. All participants of this program must provide documents on the absence of a criminal record and pass a medical examination.

    Citizenship of Malta

    1. Program participants can apply for citizenship and a passport of Malta five years after receiving permanent residence.
    2. Participants are not required to be present in the country.

    Cost of support for obtaining a residence permit in Malta:

    • $50,000 per applicant;
    • $100,000 for spouse and applicant;
