Residence permit in Poland

The term for consideration of documents after the submission of documents is 6/8 months.

On the submission of documents (permit), the personal presence of each family member is required.

Payment of the advance after submission of 3,000 euros.

Monthly payment of 500 euros for taxes and process management for 6/8 months.

ID cards Residence permits are made within 30-45 days after a positive decision.

List of documents for submission:

  1. Passport original (scan of all pages of the passport)
  2. Personal digital photo 3/4 on a white background (photo studio jpg format)
  3. Photo of the residence, residence permit, student visa or work visa D and the original
  4. A completed application form
  5. All documents are required in electronic form in PDF format + originals

Deadlines for registration: from 6/8 months

Cost of support: from 10 000 euro


Cost of support for obtaining a residence permit in Poland:

  • 10,000 euros per applicant;
  • 15,000 euros for spouse and applicant;
  • 20,000 euros for the applicant’s spouse and one child;
  • 25,000 euros for the applicant’s spouse and two children;
  • 10,000 for each additional family member.
