Belgium offers a residence permit / golden visa to foreigners and their families in exchange for investment in a business, either just created or already existing in the country. In the case of a permanent stay in Belgium for 5 years, it allows a foreigner to apply for Belgian citizenship.

- joint-stock corporation (NV/SA).

Registration of a company in Belgium:
- submission of an application and memorandum of association to the official register of legal entities (RLE);
- Obtaining a company identification number;
- registration of the company in the Belgian social insurance fund;
- providing jobs to citizens or permanent residents of the country.

Obtaining a Belgian residence permit:
- preparation of a package of documents on the basis of an open company for obtaining a residence permit in Belgium;
- submission of documents.

The term for obtaining a residence permit is from 3 months. After five years of legal residence in Belgium, the right to acquire citizenship of the country will appear. To approve an application for a Belgian passport, you must pass an examination on knowledge of the state language.
The minimum investment for obtaining a Belgian residence permit is 350,000 euros.
Registration of a residence permit for investors takes from three to eight months and involves obtaining a residence permit for a period of 1 year with the possibility of extension for 2 years.
Living in Belgium with the status of a residence permit for 3 years allows you to obtain a permanent residence permit, and after two years to obtain Belgian citizenship.

  • 55,000 euros per applicant;
  • 100,000 euros for spouse and applicant;
  • 130,000 euros for the applicant’s spouse and one child;
  • 160,000 euros for the applicant’s spouse and two children;
