  1. The opening of the company takes place on the basis of a notarized power of attorney from a client to a Serbian lawyer. The term of registration of a legal entity takes 5 working days;

  3. After registering the company, the client needs to fly to Belgrade to receive an electronic certificate, as well as open a company account;
  4. Next, the client is applied for a residence permit. For this you need:
