1.Company registration in Slovenia

• issuance of a Slovenian TIN for each co-founder;
• preparation and signing of documents on registration of a company with a Slovenian notary;
• opening an account, depositing at least seven and a half thousand euros;
• entering the company into the electronic register of business entities in Slovenia.

2. Purchase/rent of property

• purchase for fixed assets (real and movable property, equipment, etc.) for the company in the equivalent of at least 50 thousand euros, or have a company turnover of at least 60 thousand euros

3. Applying for a residence permit in Slovenia

• address and name of the company;
• certificate of no criminal record certified by a notary;
• Slovenian insurance;
• a scanned copy of a valid passport;
• one photo 3.5/4.5;
• application form of the applicant.
