Residence permit of Spain through investment

Medical insurance valid in Spain for all family members

For family members - birth certificate and marriage certificate. If the children are adults, it is necessary to accredit that they are economically dependent on the investor - a certificate of not being married, a certificate of joint registration, a certificate of study.
(The maximum period for issuance is 6 months before the submission of documents for a residence permit. For the applicant's parents, the applicant's birth certificate and documents that prove that they are dependent on the applicant. A marriage certificate must be taken a fresh copy dated no later than 3 months before the submission of documents or a certificate stating that the spouses are currently married. All documents must be translated into Spanish by a local translator (sworn))

When extending the residence permit of the Investor, it is requested within 60 days preceding the expiration of the current residence permit. We can submit documents ourselves electronically.
