Residence permit of Turkey through investment

Türkiye is mostly a mountainous country. The climate in Turkey is temperate continental with very hot and dry summers and cold but mild winters. On the coast of the Aegean and Mediterranean seas, the climate is Mediterranean, maritime with a lot of precipitation. In the southeast, the climate is subtropical and close to tropical and desert in temperatures.

List of documents for obtaining a residence permit in Turkey:

  1. An application completed on the website of the Turkish Migration Service;
  2. A foreign passport, the term of which must end no earlier than 60 days after the end of the period for which the residence permit will be issued;
  3. Photocopies of the international passport, all pages in one file;
  4. Four biometric photos of the person who is requesting a residence permit, and the photos must be biometric;
  5. A document confirming the ownership of real estate in Turkey - "TAPU", in which the owner of the property must be entered;
  6. Certificate of monthly income from 600 US dollars;
  7. Turkish medical insurance policy;
  8. A receipt certifying the payment of the state duty;
  9. Individual taxpayer number in the tax office in Turkey.

Minimum investment amount: from 400 000 USD

Receipt time: from 5/6 months



Cost of support for obtaining a residence permit in Turkey:

  • 40,000 USD per applicant;
  • 70,000 USD for spouse and applicant;
  • 90,000 USD for the applicant’s spouse and one child;
  • 110,000 USD for the applicant’s spouse and two children;
  • 30,000 USD for each additional family member.
