It is possible to invest in such businesses as:

business trust;

buy an apartment or a hotel room;

real estate under construction.

Under the EB-5 Emigrant Investor USA program, an investor must invest in a new company. A new company is a commercial company that was founded after November 29, 1990 and has undergone any changes in staff units during this time.

OBTAINING A GREEN CARD BY INVESTING:

Based on the results of the interview, a residence permit is issued for two years. The peculiarity of this residence permit has the following conditions, the funds contribute to the development of the company in these two years and the investor himself must live in the United States for at least 180 days a year.

After a period of one year and nine months, the investor has the right to apply to remove the conditionality from his residence permit and receives a permanent residence permit, namely a Green Card for a period of 10 years.
