Requirements for students to obtain a visa:

  2. It is possible to apply for a visa in Spain, provided that the applicant is legally in Spain on a multiple visa from one of the Schengen states or on a Spanish tourist visa. A stamp in the passport confirming crossing the Schengen border is required.
  3. The student must have proof of payment of the admission fee to the educational institution, as well as an application for admission to the educational institution. The educational institution must be accredited by the Ministry of Education.
  4. The student must have paid housing for the entire period of study, as well as a rental contract, an extract from the educational institution and, if there is real estate, a bill of sale.
