Student Visa D of Italy without presence for 180 days
Education in Italy is very prestigious and allows you to get a profession that is in demand all over the world. From the 2020 academic year, pre-registration for universities in Italy must be done online. The student receives a confirmation (validation), it is required to print it and start the procedure of legalization and translation of documents required by the university. After obtaining a national visa D (Studio), you can enter Italy, and then receive a temporary resident card.
A residence permit for a student is issued for a year. Foreign students in Italy have the right to part-time employment, but not more than twenty hours a week.

Visa application form filled out and signed by the applicant;
Passport valid for at least 3 months after the expiration of the visa, containing at least 2 blank pages, issued within the last 10 years;
One copy of each completed page of the passport;
If you have a second international passport - a copy of all its pages;
One photo size 3.5x4.5 cm;
Valid insurance policy with a minimum insurance coverage of €30,000 for the Schengen area, copy and original;
Booking tickets in both directions;
Confirmation of preliminary registration to the university;
Printout of an approved application from Universitaly;
A copy of the certificate of secondary education, certified by an apostille;
A copy of the diploma of higher education, certified by an apostille;
Certificate confirming the passing of an exam or test for admission to an Italian university in the applicant's country);
Personal financial guarantees of €5,978 per academic year, plus accommodation and return airfare. If a scholarship has been awarded to cover the costs of staying in Italy, the applicant must provide personal financial guarantees to cover incidental expenses in Italy, and this may be bank statements with a copy of the front of the card or an ATM check with the balance of the account, with a copy of the front of the card;
Proof of residence in Italy. If the address of residence is not specified in the enrollment document from the university, a document confirming the availability of housing is attached: an apartment rental agreement with a copy of the owner's identity document and confirmation of the fact of payment of the rent. Or an invitation from an Italian citizen with a copy of an identity document. And an invitation from a foreign citizen with a copy of the residence permit;
Health insurance valid in Italy and covering the risk of illness, accident, maternity, valid between arrival in Italy and voluntary registration with the National Health Service or purchase of other insurance, valid for the entire period of stay in Italy and in the Schengen area;
Passport of a citizen of Russia and the original + a copy of the first page and the page with registration or any other state for concluding an agreement;
Documents confirming kinship, as well as originals and copies of documents in case of filing documents for a family (spouses, children);

Online pre-registration on the Universitaly portal;
Printout of the application;
Certification of a diploma or other document on education with an apostille stamp and also its translation in accordance with the requirements of the university;
Legalization of translations by a notary;
Request for a Dichiarazione di Valore diploma and, if necessary, according to the results of the online pre-admission procedure;
Preparation of a package of documents;
Payment of visa fee and service fee;
Obtaining a passport with a visa by a courier service;
Certificate from the bank on balances over 500.000₽;
Certificate of salary.
